Tsukiji Sushi Sei Honten

I walked to Tsukiji Sushi Kiyomoto at 10 o'clock in the morning. There was already a long line of foodies from all over the world waiting in front of the door. Tsukiji Sushi Kiyoshi (main store) is located at Tsukiji 4-13-9 104-0045, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is a famous Sushi Kiyoshi. When I came here, there were many people queuing up. I went in after a short queue. Each "sushi platter" is hand-made on the spot, and you can see fresh sashimi. Each sushi is made very delicately. The sashimi platter we ordered was "chef's choice" which was not on the menu, sardines with ginger soy sauce, so delicious. The grilled clams were delicious and super fresh. On the first night in Kyoto, the kids took us to Tsukiji Sushi Restaurant to taste expensive sushi. The place is not big but the environment is very good. The kids can communicate with the staff in English. We only know how to eat and don't know how to communicate. There are many local elderly people sitting face to face with the chef, drinking wine and chatting while eating.

I read a lot of travel notes and Sushi God and was impressed by the tuna auction at Tsukiji Market. Many people said that the sashimi dishes in Tsukiji were very fresh, so I arranged a meal in Tsukiji. In fact, there were several other restaurants in Sushi Kiyoshi and Sushi Kiyoshi. I was hesitant because the waiting time was too long, so I chose Sushi Kiyoshi's new store. There are three floors on the first and second floors. The bar counter is located on the third floor. I was a little disappointed to be arranged on the tatami seats. But in order to save time, I agreed to order the sushi set and sashimi rice bowl. The ingredients are really fresh and melt in the mouth. However, I can't accept the small whitebait in the seafood rice bowl. The others are not bad. I recommend the sushi set. It is much more affordable than the single-serve menu. The overall price is relatively reasonable
