Virtù, ranked 11th in Asia's 50 Best Bars this year, is in Four Seasons Tokyo. I like YUZU NAGI very much. It is a breeze from the Japanese yuzu forest. It contains pure natural yuzu bitters. The bar tender suggested that I drop it on the back of my hand as perfume. It is charming. As for the rumored No. 1 Martini in Tokyo, it is not in vain. It is mixed with Japanese Gin & Vodka, French Vermouth, and Hinoki Bitter one day in advance, and it is as soft as nature when you drink it. Today's whiskey is a bit powerful. A glass of Michter's 25 years old, which is hard to find, hits the palate with fragrance, and Colombian passion fruit is like a turbulent undercurrent. Yamazaki Distillery (Golden Promise) uses a rare and ancient type of malt called "GoldenPromise" (widely cultivated in Scotland from 1968 to 1980) to brew whiskey. The artistic Chinese characters on it are from the hands of Japanese calligrapher Ogino Dansetsu. I was lucky enough to taste a different creamy malt flavor. I could only take a sip of each, for fear that I would not be able to get it down.

The honeydew melon dessert at Virtue in Tokyo was incredibly chewy, and the beef was melt-in-your-mouth delicious with a secret sauce. We chatted and took photos for three hours, feeling incredibly happy.
