I really like this cafe, quiet, elegant and the coffee is excellent.
There is a coffee shop at Kinrin Lake at the end of Yufuin Town. The open-air seats face the lake, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The latte tastes very authentic, the coffee beans used are quite good, and the service is quite satisfactory. Some seats have power sockets, which is very considerate. When it is cold, it is recommended to sit indoors and take a few photos outside with a coffee. If you go there, it is still recommended to sit in this cafe.
Having visited Japan eight times, I wanted to share a video explaining how to enjoy Yufuin, Oita, Kyushu, Japan, as a reference for first-time visitors. 1️⃣ Yufuin Sketches Yufuin, located in central Oita Prefecture, Japan, was the inspiration for Japanese anime master Hayao Miyazaki's Neighbor Totoro and is also a famous hot spring resort in Kyushu. Yufuin is also known as Yufuin, though the two names are now used interchangeably. 2️⃣ Pre-trip Preparations For general pre-trip information on Japan's time difference, electrical outlets, currency, and internet access, please refer to the previous "Fukuoka" guide video. Yufuin's hot spring hotels are limited, so remember to book in advance, as well as overnight and two-meal packages within the hotel. 3️⃣ Intercity Transportation Yufuin doesn't have an airport. Flights to Yufuin typically land at Oita, Fukuoka, or Saga Airports. Common ways to get to Yufuin include JR trains, highway buses, car rentals, and chartered vehicles. 4️⃣ Yufuin Forest (A Complete Train Ride Guide!) 🚄 For the best views of Yufuin Forest: (Hakata-Yufuin): Choose a seat on the right side of the train's travel direction. After reaching Amagase, you'll see Jion Falls. (Yufuin-Hakata): Choose a seat on the left side of the train's travel direction. 5️⃣ Itinerary ✨1-Day Classic Itinerary ✨2-Day Classic Itinerary 6️⃣ 10 Must-Visit Spots Includes POI recommendations for attractions, restaurants, cafes and desserts, shopping, and hotels.
