Dinner and stayFabulous Laos cuisine, red curry was great as were fried spring rolls. Stayed here for 4 nights, really enjoyable. The host was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly.

The best pizza in Laos
Excellent pizza! probably, the best in Laos. Nice place to seat , just after crossing the bridge to the other side of the river.

Great location and food
We stayed for 3 nights in the Riverside hotel. This is their restaurant. Great location, very nice food, nice and attentive staff. Sad we have to leave.

The best accommodations in Vangrong are all in the city. The main attraction here is the rare rural scenery, and it is also close to the tourist attractions. The accommodation conditions are indeed average.
Fortunately, the service is warm. It is a hotel opened by Vietnamese, and communication is a bit difficult. No one can speak Chinese, but you can use translation software.
The Tunisian is the lobby manager of the night shift and can speak English. Breakfast must be booked one day in advance.

Best pizza
The owner is Italien and a very nice person who recognizes his guests when they come again.
The choice of different pizzas, pastas and sea food is great. We have not expected high quality food in that town and were impressed by the taste. The wine is also very good. We loved the food so much that we went there every night although we love to try out new places. But once we have been there we never wanted to go somewhere else.
We ate pizza, seafood and pasta. All was unbelievable delicious and prices are reasonable. 
A highly recommendable place to eat Italien food. We have no idea how the owner manages to get the ingredients to Vang Vieng which is actually in the middle of nowhere. He must be a magician.
