Low quality products but good place to work on computer
One of the few cafes in Vang Vieng with air conditioning, lots of electric outlets, and many tables. An ideal place to bring your laptop and get some work done. 

The joy ends there as their coffee and baked products are rather low quality and overpriced.

Great location and food
We stayed for 3 nights in the Riverside hotel. This is their restaurant. Great location, very nice food, nice and attentive staff. Sad we have to leave.

The best accommodations in Vangrong are all in the city. The main attraction here is the rare rural scenery, and it is also close to the tourist attractions. The accommodation conditions are indeed average.
Fortunately, the service is warm. It is a hotel opened by Vietnamese, and communication is a bit difficult. No one can speak Chinese, but you can use translation software.
The Tunisian is the lobby manager of the night shift and can speak English. Breakfast must be booked one day in advance.

Visited several times during my stay in Vang Vieng. Staff always chatty and friendly. Pizza was good and croissant available anytime of day. Recommend a visit

Evening Dinner with fantastic ambience overlooking Nam Song River.
Good unobtrusive service, lovely ambience. We tried a selection of dishes to share. Yellow Thai chicken and potato curry, delicious, with steamed vegetables, fried rice and a pork and chilli dish. All excellently presented. Reasonably priced wines. Definitely worth a visit.
