Stumbled upon this hidden gem in Nibong Tebal and wow, what a find! Lim Aik Chew serves up the most incredible curry prawns I&#39;ve ever tasted.  The prawns were incredibly fresh and succulent, and the curry itself was a masterpiece - rich and creamy with a fragrant blend of spices that created the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. It had a depth of flavor that hinted at slow cooking and careful layering of ingredients, with aromatic curry leaves and a hint of coconut milk adding to the complexity. We also loved the Three-Taste Fish - a flavor explosion! The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the riverside location was a bonus.
