In 1906, in order to celebrate the victory of the Russo-Japanese War, a whole row of cherry trees were planted on both sides of the street in Shinjo Village, which is truly the "triumphal cherry". The cherry blossoms in full bloom form a cherry blossom tunnel in "Kaixuan Sakura-dori", which blends in with the traditional Edo-style samurai residences, creating a very rare sight. Transportation: Take a bus from JR Chugoku Katsuyama Station for about 40 minutes, get off at Shinjo Village Office Station, and walk for 2 minutes.
