The chef is Japanese. He learned French cuisine in Lyon, France. He makes good use of Japanese ingredients, but his French is not very good 😂
There are 3 menus in the restaurant: light menu starts at ¥5500 (excluding drinks) and the most expensive is only more than 10,000 yen. Because the ingredients on the island are fresh and cheap, it is strongly recommended to try it when you come to the island!
Because there have been few tourists in the past two or three years, they specially printed an English menu for us, and all the waiters took turns to serve us, probably to practice their English😝
