This unique Japanese restaurant mainly serves Kansai-style dishes. The recommended dish is the pork rice set, which comes with a pork rice bowl, Japanese salad and miso soup. Tempura and curry soba are also recommended.

[Mint] Environment: The environment is pretty good. It is an old store in Huaihai Street. It seems to have opened a new store. The price is relatively affordable. [Service Bell] Service: It is also convenient to order dishes. It is just that parking is difficult. It is best to travel green. At the beginning, it was very Japanese. Later, it was gradually improved to Chinese style. The dishes were served quickly at the beginning, but fortunately "Crab Treasure"

The restaurant is easy to find and the decoration is very unique, so it is easy to find when you get here. The choice of dishes is quite diverse and the taste is generally good. It feels like there are only tourists and not many locals.

🌈 Well-known features: Located in Kyoto, Kiyama is a kaiseki restaurant known for its utmost care and carefully selected ingredients. The restaurant is run by Michelin one-star chef Hideki Kiyama, who is committed to presenting the unique flavor and story of each dish to diners through superb cooking skills and meticulous service. Mushan’s cuisine follows the concept of “natural taste”, emphasizing the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients and paying attention to the harmony of taste, color and presentation. 🍽️ Recommended dishes: •“Sea bream tea rice” 🍵: This dish is a classic of Kiyama. It uses fresh sea bream and pairs it with rich bonito broth. The aroma of the rice and the deliciousness of the sea bream blend perfectly. Pour the hot tea on it, and the fresh aroma of the sea bream is instantly released, bringing a warm and satisfying taste. •“Seasonal Vegetable Tempura” 🍆: Seasonal fresh vegetables are coated with a thin layer of tempura batter and lightly fried until golden and crispy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the natural sweetness of the vegetables is fully revealed in every bite. It is a Japanese dish that is both healthy and delicious. 💰️ Price per person: ¥20,000 - ¥40,000 (RMB) per person, depending on menu selection and seasonal ingredients. 💗 Other tips: •Reservation is essential 📅: Since Mushan has limited seats and the chef attaches great importance to every guest’s dining experience, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure that you can enjoy the most thoughtful service and food. •Dessert 🍰: Kiyama’s desserts are also worth looking forward to. They usually use seasonal fruits or traditional Japanese confectionery. The sweet taste is the perfect ending to the entire Kaiseki cuisine. •Nature and Harmony 🌸: The restaurant environment is simple and warm. The wooden decorations and soft lighting create a tranquil atmosphere, making people feel the harmonious relationship between nature and food. It is a great place to experience Kyoto Kaiseki cuisine.

Noodle House Ichi, I didn't get to eat Ichi last time I came to Kyoto. I confirmed the time with the clerk at the door when I arrived, and then came back at the time the clerk said. Ichi Beer Craft beer, refreshing and delicious Wagyu Roasted Wagyu Ramen, dark soy sauce soup base, slightly sweet Pork Ramen Pork Ramen, white soup base, the bonito flower flavor covers the original flavor of the soup base. Runny-boiled egg The runny-boiled egg is added by half a family Both soup bases are good, I think the white soup base is better Scallop Tofu Rice It says Hokkaido scallops, scallops and tofu rice go well together, the best of the place.

🍽️✨ “Mashiro – A Night of Delicacy in the Heart of Kyoto” When it comes to Japanese food that is both delicate, artistic, and provides an experience that goes beyond taste — Mashiro (真白) is one of those experiences. This restaurant is a modern Japanese course that uses seasonal ingredients to weave them together like poetry. The first dish that was served was raw hamachi fish in green ponzu sauce, contrasting with salmon roe and small, colorful flowers. The light aroma was a great appetizer. The next dish was seared wagyu beef with a soft, tender outside, served with a fragrant sauce and fried food in a stylish molecular design. It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had a full, smooth, meaty aroma. The impression did not end there… there was a flower salad with cheese and fresh local vegetables, a clear soup with crispy fried shrimp, and a variety of sashimi beautifully arranged on the plate, with sauce poured in a pattern like a painting on a canvas. Finally, there was a dessert that was both delicious and delicate: sweet vanilla ice cream served on fresh strawberries, topped with light cream, and decorated with thin sugar sheets cut into a leaf-like pattern. Served on a shiny black plate, beautifully contrasting 💬 The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet, simple, luxurious, but comfortable to sit in. The chef can speak English. The staff pays attention to every detail. 💴 The course price is around ¥10,000–15,000, but I must say… it’s worth every yen. For those who love a fine dining experience that is not only “delicious” but “unforgettable”, Mashiro is a restaurant that you should visit at least once in your life. おいしい😋
