陌染MMI went to Japan for a trip and this stop was in Osaka. Like other tourists, I went to Kuromon Market to check in. Walking along the main road, I saw a very popular sashimi shop. The most conspicuous place in the shop was a lot of Toro sashimi, which is what China calls tuna. A very kind sashimi chef was cutting sashimi all the time. Seeing the sashimi in the freezer, each one was very attractive. I have never eaten Toro belly, let alone such a plump belly. In China, basically only salmon belly is eaten. There are Toro that have been cut into slices, as thick as what we call "bricks", and there are also large pieces. The way to eat or use them is different. I didn't go into it and directly chose a box of cut ones. The price is clearly marked on the box, and there are several different price levels. It should be divided according to the part of the fish or the amount. As long as the customer likes a piece, just pick it up and let the clerk pay for it. The cashier and the receptionist can speak Mandarin. It seems that there are quite a lot of Chinese tourists. After paying the bill, you can find a seat to sit down and eat, but there are not many seats. If there is no vacant seat, you have to stand and eat. Many stores are like that. There is soy sauce and mustard on the table. Ask the clerk for disposable chopsticks and plates, and serve yourself. There are other foods on the right side facing the store, such as salmon sashimi, assorted sashimi rice and eel rice, etc. I saw many tourists buying lunch boxes here and eating them directly. The food is very fresh. Basically, it is cut and served in the store. There will be no discounts on the price, so there is no need to bargain.
