Seba_zhouSagaing Hill Restaurant is the best restaurant I have eaten in Mandalay. The taxi driver brought me here. It is quite large, and many European and Chinese tourists eat here. The hygiene and environment are also OK. Compared with other restaurants in Mandalay, it is already very good.
