In a small alley in Chinatown, we took a taxi and booked it on Ctrip. We arrived a little early and it had just opened. We sat at the bar. It was opened by Italians, the taste was authentic, the operation was beautiful, the service was enthusiastic, and the restaurant was full of customers.
FOC offers a delightful selection of tapas, with the patatas bravas and truffle croquettes being my personal favorites. The quality of the food remains impressive even after their move to Keong Saik.
