There are many people in Singapore whose ancestral origin is Teochew. I thought Teochew cuisine would be good, so I went in and ordered a braised pork platter and fish rice. However, the fish rice was not authentic at all and was not the kind produced that day. For Teochew cuisine, you must go to Chaoshan.

The magnificent hall is decorated in golden and red tones, with Chinese artworks and antiques and other oriental-style decorations, full of Chinese colors; the spacious environment provides diners with a quiet and comfortable dining space. The restaurant serves classic Cantonese cuisine and a variety of exquisite dim sum with rich flavors, as well as seasonal dishes with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Signature dishes include Baihua Xingxiang suckling pig pieces, fried crocodile meat and Haibao stewed pumpkin pot.

Michelin two-star French cuisine, ordered the seasonal black truffle set meal~
Full of truffles and caviar, so satisfying!
&quot;Truffle Explosion&quot; (my own name, with sweet onions, every spoonful is full of truffle aroma~
The dessert part is even more of a surprise, the big pearl dessert is wrapped with 🍊citrus-flavored Italian milk jelly and sorbet of the same flavor, with jelly and citrus pulp at the bottom, it is so delicious!
The dessert is even more refreshing, it&#39;s the first time I&#39;ve seen a pear dessert with fennel, with caramel cream and crispy biscuits inside, it tastes wonderful and wonderful~

This shop is just opposite ion Orchard Road, very easy to find, and you can get there directly by subway. When you are here, you must try the puffer fish, which I rarely eat. I ordered a set meal, which was very delicious and the puffer fish was very fresh.

Shang Palace&#39;s Tom Yum Goong seafood risotto. Oh my god, I can&#39;t resist any Tom Yum Goong food. This risotto was swept away as soon as it was served. The sour taste is very appetizing. Each grain of rice is very full, and the seafood is also super fresh~

Old Shanghai scallion oil pasta, I have eaten scallion oil noodles, pasta, but I have never eaten scallion oil pasta. The pasta is oily and looks appetizing, and there are small shrimps on it to stimulate the umami taste. Why is this combination of Chinese and Western pasta so suitable for my appetite~

Always a wonderful experience dining at Shisen Hanten.  Newly renovated - it&#39;s a beautiful restaurant found on the 35th floor of Mandarin Gallery / Hilton Hotel.  Score a booth table and get a wonderful view of the city.  The must order dish is Chef Kentaro&#39;s mapo tofu served in a claypot.  Served steaming hot - the tofu is very balanced in it&#39;s flavours and best eaten spooned over their beautifully cooked Japanese rice.  The mapo tofu comes with a complementary glass of  Shisen Hanten&#39;s own curated tea served in a champagne flute cold.  Poetically named &quot;天府藏茗&quot; or Szechwan Harmony - it is a blend of aged pu&#39;er, roasted oolong and chrysanthemum.  I got a whiff of rose as I slipped the tea.My other favourite dish here is the classic Peking roast duck. The dish comes with a basket of pancakes and condiments for you to make little duck skin rolls.  You can order a &quot;second course&quot; for the duck meat to be prepared as another dish (saut&eacute;ed in onions and ginger, black bean sauce or served up in fried rice or ee-fu braised noodles).Well worth a visit if you are in town!

新加坡祖籍潮州的也很多，想着潮州菜会不错，所以进去直接点了卤水拼盘还有鱼饭，但是鱼饭一点都不正宗，不是那种当天的出产的，潮州菜还是一定要去潮汕。

Visited Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine for the first time yesterday. The food blew me away. Definitely worth the price and the Michelin Star award.

I highly recommend trying the smoked chicken; it&#39;s tender, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned, showcasing the best of traditional Teochew flavors.
