It was a perfect lunch! The waitress was very kind, and flexible, and the food was exquisite! We had the paella Valenciana (rabbit, chicken and snails), it was divine, the same for the grilled fish! We enjoyed every moment of the meal

The excellent service, so pleasant and professional, the quality of the food, the atmosphere.
We chose the restaurant at random and were very pleasantly surprised.
Paco&#39;s cooking is incredible, the dishes are painstakingly prepared, using quality products and care.
Our starter, eel all-i-pebre, was exquisite.
For the main course, seafood paella, incredible!!! One of the best, if not the best, we&#39;ve ever eaten.
The dessert, almond pudding (homemade), was delicious.
Be sure to try every dish on the menu; it&#39;s sure to make you come back for more, just as we hope to.

The service was fantastic. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The paella was delicious   and the cheesecake was perhaps the best I&rsquo;ve tasted. Loved it.

Truly an excellent restaurant featuring the specialties of the Valencian region. Family owned and attended to is always a plus for the experience. I asked the staff what I wanted and they were very attentive to my requests. The rice dishes , seafood &amp; fish options are excellent, Appetizer&#39;s are a wide range of choices and wine list is excellent. The food is prepared with great attention to detail. I highly recommend the restaurant for the authentic local experience in the Albufera de Valencia.

Food was delicious. Dined on Sunday. Although it was crowded, we didn&rsquo;t wait long. Paella was really tasty. We also liked red tuna salad and salmon tartare. Wine menu was very good as well. We will visit again soon.

It&#39;s a hidden spot, but the food is fantastic! The paella is delicious, and they have some delicious potatoes with their house sauce, too. The service is wonderful.

Came here with family on a day trip from the city. There was a slight mix up with the booking but this was rectified and we soon had a table and drinks on the way. Paella takes around 45 minutes as per usual so you know it is made fresh and just for you. We did a lovely circular walk after lunch which the restaurant is perfectly located for. Excellent prices especially compared to some of the more fancy places down the street. This felt more authentic than those places anyway. Will visit again!
