Sankai by Nagaya

A benchmark for Turkish omakase. The fish is of superior quality, the rice is perfectly seasoned and heated, and the knife work is clean, precise, and fluid, with clear cuts. From meticulously crafted nigiri sushi to perfectly non-greasy hot dishes, the dishes offer a wonderful sense of depth and flavor. Delicious! I love it!

The restaurant is located on the third floor of the Bebek Hotel. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and every dish is exquisitely prepared with a unique flavor. The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and patiently explain everything. The ingredients are of top quality; I especially loved the tempura.

This restaurant is very famous, so I came here specifically to try it. The food was exquisite, and the freshness of the ingredients goes without saying. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
