Giant lobsters, Koh Samui crabs, Surat Thani giant shrimps and Huaxing conchs are shipped live from Phuket to Bangkok in tanks every two days. It is best not to eat all day before dining.

The buffet restaurant at DoubleTree Hilton has great Vietnamese Pho, the beef is very tender, the beef meatballs are delicious, and there is also some Southeast Asian food, the shrimp chips are great.

Mondo is a Southeast Asian restaurant that specializes in Thai cuisine. Their main dishes didn&#39;t surprise me much, but their dim sum did surprise me. The sago after the meal was sweet but not greasy.
