阿里巴第二代Jian Xing is quite famous in Bangkok. Both the Chinese and Thai food here are pretty good. When I come to Bangkok, I always like to eat mango sticky rice. I think Jian Xing’s is delicious. The curry crab is also good. Every chain store is almost the same.

Prawn vermicelli - the taste is so-so, neither good nor bad. Jianxing's curry crab is well-deserved. This sauce is delicious when used with rice and fried chicken, and it is not spicy, which Xiao Feifei can accept. Fried fish - it looks tasteless, but the taste is actually infiltrated into the fish meat. It is crispy and delicious after being fried. ,,,
From the entrance to the interior decoration, this is a very Chinese restaurant. Bringing in drinks is not allowed inside the store, but customers can store them in the refrigerator. Because the store was hot and stuffy, we only ordered three dishes. Mango sticky rice, I think it's super delicious...
I went there based on the guide's recommendation. The environment was elegant and the dishes were beautifully presented. Then I also went to NARA, which tasted more Chinese and more affordable than Jianxing. NARA was sweeter overall, while Jianxing was more Chinese. Two adults had similar dishes, and NARA cost more than 500 yuan, while Jianxing cost more than 400 yuan. I personally think Jianxing is more cost-effective.
I don't really recommend Jian Xing Restaurant. It's crowded and requires a long line, the prices are high, and the food isn't particularly delicious. But since it's close, I went anyway (I was really lazy). It's on the fourth floor of Siam Square. I ordered curry crab, raw shrimp with fish sauce, stir-fried water spinach, and coconut pudding, and it cost 1589 baht.
This was hands-down the best meal I had in Thailand. It's one of the more expensive restaurants, like a Thai restaurant for Chinese celebrities. There are even photos of the Thai royal family hanging on the walls. This is a long-established seafood restaurant that blends Cantonese and Thai cooking techniques, with flavors that are more accessible to Chinese people.
