Angel&#39;s Secrets in Chiang Mai is a French restaurant. There are few Chinese people here, most of them are foreigners. Overall, it is not bad. It is very suitable for reading a book and having afternoon tea here. There is no fancy decoration, but simple and ordinary furnishings. It is like drinking tea in your own yard.
