The overall taste is better than expected and very filling, but not as amazing as it is hyped. The white beef is good, the beef is tender, but nothing special. The white pork neck is very good, it feels like eating pork chops, and it is delicious with the sauce. The Thai style fried rice noodles are average, I don’t like the vegetables in it, it is organic. The fried egg is highly recommended, the egg white is burnt, and it is so delicious. The steamed fish with white lemon is very good with the sauce and soup. The soup has a lemony taste and is very delicious. The fish meat alone is relatively light.

Every time I eat at Ginger Farm Kitchen at Nimman 1, I always have the illusion that I won't gain weight! Every dish in the restaurant is carefully designed. From rice, vegetables, fruits to various agricultural products, they are all supplied from the Ginger Farm green organic farm and cooked in the most traditional way. No MSG is used in the dishes to keep the original flavor of the food. Not only is it delicious, but it is also very healthy and safe. You don't need to use your phone to calculate calories when you eat here.

This is an authentic Thai restaurant. I recommend the Tom Yum Goong soup. It tastes pure and rich. Other dishes are also very good, such as green curry stir-fry, charcoal grilled pork neck, and curry pumpkin shrimp.

The Thai restaurant in the European-style building at No. 1 Nimman Road has a very fairy-like environment, like a restaurant in a garden house. It is not salty and tastes just right "Tom Yum Goong" The Tom Yum Goong soup must be highlighted. It is super delicious, not spicy, and has a light coconut milk flavor. There are a few shrimps in it, mainly vegetables. There are a lot of mushrooms. I usually don't like mushrooms, but I can't stop eating it, which shows how delicious it is. It is super enjoyable to blow the air conditioner and drink delicious hot soup "Charcoal grilled squid" The squid is also really delicious, the sauce is salty and sweet, the squid is relatively tender, and it tastes just right. I've been here twice before. This is a restaurant recommended by friends who arrived earlier. The mango glutinous rice is great, the signature grilled fish is delicious, and the drinks are very unique. They don't use plastic straws but hollow plant stems. Organic is their main attraction. The price is not low in Chiang Mai, because I ordered seafood such as curry crab.
