The House By Ginger is located at 199 Moonmuang Rd., Si Phum, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand We came here on the advice of Lonely Planet and were so glad it was really good. Great food in a beautiful setting. The staff were very attentive and the food was great. Even gave me a free piece of birthday cake. Will definitely come here again.
It is a relatively high-end boutique Thai restaurant in Chiang Mai. There is a gift shop inside where you can buy some gifts. The decoration is very high-end. Almost all the customers are foreigners. It seems that this is the style they like.
I booked a seat here in advance, which is very important. The environment is great and the service is good. Recommend the platter, chicken wings, pineapple rice, and shrimp rice.
The Thai restaurant under GINGER Fashion Lifestyle Center makes full use of the household items designed by Thai and Dutch designers to decorate the restaurant, which is colorful, fashionable and comfortable. The Thai food style here also continues the exquisiteness of the ginger brand, with exquisite tableware, beautiful plating, and key dishes and tastes. Recommended Thai dishes include crispy grilled beef salad with grape lime sauce, signature pomelo salad, red curry grilled duck breast, etc., and a cup of iced coffee or fruit milkshake drinks, etc., to enjoy a wonderful dining process.
The restaurant is called ginger&kafe. Northern Thai people dare to eat anything raw, such as cowpeas and things like mulberry leaves... ginger&kafe restaurant Breakfast and lunch are separate. It also includes home accessories from Thai designers. I will post photos later. The restaurant's taste, environment, and service are all good. I give it full marks. This is the breakfast and afternoon tea restaurant of this restaurant. The lunch and dinner restaurants are diagonally opposite, which is where you walk straight after entering the door. Don't go wrong~ As soon as you enter the door, you will be amazed by the huge courtyard, as if you have entered the entrance garden of a local tyrant. The whole courtyard can be visited at will, take as many photos as you want. If you go at night, you can also see waiters placing small candles all over the courtyard, which is very romantic. The cups displayed on the shelves are sold in the main restaurant. This is a breakfast and afternoon tea restaurant. I personally feel that the price-performance ratio is average. I don't recommend it very much. I only recommend the main restaurant here. This is the entrance to the main restaurant. It is not recommended to have dinner here. Try to book the inner restaurant in advance, because although the courtyard scenery is good, it cannot withstand mosquito bites. The waiter will provide you with mosquito repellent, but... I think for girls, suddenly seeing spiders and ants in the middle of the meal will affect the mood of eating... This is a must-try. The first page of the Asian menu is a platter of northern Thai snacks. There are many contents and the taste is quite special---this strange leaf, I don’t know what it is... Wrap it up and dip it in sauce. It’s a little spicy. It’s a very interesting snack. There are also fried leaves, which are crispy. To be honest, the food they eat is really perverted. I heard that there are fried insects here. Forgive me as a girl who can’t accept eating insects. The following is passion fruit, which is super sour. If you like sweet and sour tastes, you can try this. Add soda water to it yourself. There is also a rose one, which is also very delicious. It is recommended to order cold seafood and a platter of northern Thai snacks. The taste is good. Be sure to remember to make reservations in advance when you come in the evening. On weekdays, there are not many people from Monday to Thursday, and you can sit in a better position without reservations.
The House By Ginger is a restaurant with authentic Thai flavors on Khaosan Road. The Tom Yum Goong soup is sour and spicy and very appetizing. The curry crab is full of crab roe and the crab meat is also very plump.
