The House By Ginger is located at 199 Moonmuang Rd., Si Phum, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand We came here on the advice of Lonely Planet and were so glad it was really good. Great food in a beautiful setting. The staff were very attentive and the food was great. Even gave me a free piece of birthday cake. Will definitely come here again.

It is a relatively high-end boutique Thai restaurant in Chiang Mai. There is a gift shop inside where you can buy some gifts. The decoration is very high-end. Almost all the customers are foreigners. It seems that this is the style they like.

I booked a seat here in advance, which is very important. The environment is great and the service is good. Recommend the platter, chicken wings, pineapple rice, and shrimp rice.

I think for girls, suddenly seeing spiders and ants in the middle of the meal will affect the mood of eating... This is a must-try. The first page of the Asian menu is a platter of northern Thai snacks. There are many contents and the taste is quite special---this strange leaf, I don’t know what it is... Wrap it up and dip it in sauce. It’s a little spicy. It’s a very interesting snack. There are also fried leaves, which are crispy. To be honest, the food they eat is really perverted. I heard that there are fried insects here. Forgive me as a girl who can’t accept eating insects. The following is passion fruit, which is super sour. If you like sweet and sour tastes, you can try this. Add soda water to it yourself. There is also a rose one, which is also very delicious. It is recommended to order cold seafood and a platter of northern Thai snacks. The taste is good. Be sure to remember to make reservations in advance when you come in the evening. On weekdays, there are not many people from Monday to Thursday, and you can sit in a better position without reservations.
