Fujian at the Dhara Dhevi Resort, Chiang Mai

After the former Mandarin Oriental Hotel was bought by our Fujian boss, a restaurant called Fujian was opened in the hotel. As a Fuzhou native, I felt very proud. I ordered a few dishes at random, which were delicious. I also processed the beef that I didn’t finish at the Italian restaurant last night, haha

The overall taste is still salty. We had dinner, no snacks. The spring rolls before and after were good. My son loves fried rice. The service is really top-notch. Each dish comes with a fork and spoon. I will try their lunch in the future.

This restaurant will give you a familiar feeling. It is a Chinese restaurant, especially for Cantonese people like us. We like to have morning tea, order the must-eat dim sum, drink tea and chat slowly. You must order the spare ribs, because you can tell whether the ingredients are fresh by just one look at the spare ribs. There are also other porridges. The shrimp dumplings are definitely not to be missed. You must go and try them, they taste good.

Located in the hotel shopping village, not many people, the environment is quite comfortable. The dishes are all very delicate and taste good. But there are too many cutlery such as knives, forks and spoons! It is too much to have a set of cutlery for each dish. The dishes are very substantial, and the shrimps are super large. In fact, one or two is enough. The appetizers and desserts are free.

A very good western restaurant in Chiang Mai, the food is very fresh and tastes good. The steamed seafood is worth recommending, the curry crab is also great, and some salads are also delicious. It's perfect with a glass of Thai beer!
