Fog Harbor Fish House

Came here on September 24, 2017. This restaurant is located at the shore of Pier 39 and is one of the most highly rated restaurants in Pier 39 and the entire Fisherman's Wharf area. The seafood is very fresh and the portions are very generous, which can definitely provide a hearty feast for seafood lovers. Another highlight of the restaurant is the view. The view of the restaurant faces the San Francisco Bay, so you can see the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and other landscapes. Therefore, this restaurant is very popular and you have to wait for a seat when you come. It is recommended that you take a number first and walk around Pier 39 before eating.

When you come to San Francisco, you must try seafood platter. Lobster, crab, shrimp, mussels. Paired with local craft beer, it's simply great. Clam chowder has the best soup. We had lunch here on Sunday and I'm not a great seafood person but have to say if you want to have seafood this is a great place. It is a bit of wait to get in on a weekend lunch but it is worth it.
