Pacific Beach Fish Shop

There is a seafood fish market by the beach, with many varieties of fish. I ordered a shrimp salad, which tasted good, and vegetables with rice. The burrito inside was delicious and had a fragrant taste.

We originally wanted to go to Trulucks for seafood and steak, but when we drove over, we found that Trulucks was only open for dinner, so we randomly chose this restaurant on the app. We drove over and parked in front of the Vons supermarket across the street, then crossed the street. There were still many people eating at 2pm. The restaurant was simply decorated with indoor and outdoor seats. You had to order at the counter. I couldn't understand all the English menus at first, so the five of us ordered five dishes, all of which were seafood such as fish and shrimp. For each dish you ordered, you had to choose a side and a main dish, which were mainly rice, potato chips or tacos. After ordering, you just took your number and picked an empty seat and waited for the waiter to serve. Sea bass is fried salmon, lobster rolls are pancakes with shrimp and a batch of vegetables, and prawns are grilled with barbecue sauce. The shrimp are fresh and chewy. The price is not cheap, more than $40 per person after adding a 15[%] tip. Overall, it feels above average.
