I dare not tell you that I ate special spinach hand-rolled noodles and steamed buns There are obsessive-compulsive waiters who can't stand seeing paper on the table at every meal This is our 7-day 4-city tour of Uzbekistan during the Spring Festival Tashkent→Samarkand→Bukhara→Khiva dry rice 22 restaurants👇 ⭐Traditional Uzbek cuisine is similar to Xinjiang and Northwest China, pilaf, baked buns, barbecue, ramen, naan, meat soup, and even spinach hand-rolled noodles and steamed buns, the world is a big China😂 everywhere All taste like home ⚠️ but the meat taste is a bit strong ⭐ New cuisine represents white rice, desserts, coffee shops, fusion cuisine are all good, friends who can't eat smelly food 9 big life ⚠️ but American cuisine is quite rare Too many restaurants to be divided into two articles👀 The lower article is Samarkand + Khiva, the upper article is Tashkent + Bukhara collection for you to take 📍Samarkand 📝After all, it is an old capital of the world cultural heritage, and the food is also very special, concentrated near the square 14.Boulevard restaurant&bakery ✔ Next to Timur Square, a white restaurant with good-looking desserts and waiters. The dishes are served like supermodels on the catwalk. The steak knife is very delicate. I highly recommend the pistachio puffs, which are very French💯 15.Emirhan ✔ The internet celebrity restaurant in Rekistan Square🙅 The mutton is hard to chew, the waiter can't be called and rolls his eyes, the dishes are slow and the order is missed, so I gave a bad review. 15% service 16.Old Havuz✔ A restaurant with many locals, barbecue skewers💰20-30k are very fragrant, and those who don't eat mutton can order chicken 17.Chorraha Milliy Taomlar✔ A noodle soup restaurant, more suitable for the light taste of Chinese babies~ The fried chicken is good except that the mushrooms are too salty 18.Chorraha Café & Bakery✔ Local desserts facing the soup, super affordable, desserts can be sprinkled with sugar or not, which is very good 19.Baalee✔ One of the many cafes in Samarkand Railway Station 20.Bazaar Sladostey✔ Beautiful naan in the bazaar next to the Bibi Mosque 📍Khiva 📝Concentrated in the ancient city, many are closed or under renovation during the off-season, such as the popular Khiva Moon 21.Terrassa Cafe ✔ Internet-famous terrace restaurant. When I went there, it was under renovation and I was led to the old shop next door. The famous green noodle (Shivit oshi) made my Xi'an friends break down 22.Sultan✔ It was newly opened and one of the few open. We were the only table to eat all night. The eggplant rolls were fried and very crispy. The stir-fried beef brought back memories of the northwest. The hummus was too salty and I couldn't get used to it 23.Café Kheivak✔ It was too cold in the afternoon, so I just found an open coffee shop. The most expensive cup of coffee on this trip was 45k After April Fool's Day, spring in Central Asia is here. Uzbekistan's land visa-free policy is imminent~ Hurry up and save it and have a meal

Invisible Wind
Located in a tree-lined park in the center of #Tashkent in #Uzbekistan, right next to the National Museum of History of Uzbekistan and the Central Exhibition Hall of Academy of Arts, Golubie Kupola Blue Dome Restaurant has long attracted Tashkent residents to take photos in front of its fountains, columns and domes. Originally a cafe, the restaurant opened in 1970 to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Lenin's birth. It combines features of modernist design with elements inspired by the turquoise domes of Samarkand. It is designed like a traditional Uzbek teahouse, with reflections in the ornamental pools surrounding the building. The cafe's heyday is long gone and those pools are now empty, but it remains a beloved nostalgic landmark. Specialties include grilled lamb chops, lamb kebabs, naan grilled fish, steamed dumplings, baked buns, pulled noodles, couscous salad, grape cherry marshmallows, etc. #Local only food #Soviet aesthetics

This mutton soup is called Шурпа, which is transliterated as Shulba, which seems to be a translation from Persian. The dictionary definition is mutton soup. It is a clear soup made with tender mutton, potatoes and carrots, with shallots and fennel. The first bite of this soup knocked me down, not greasy or smelly, and it was endless aftertaste. The taste of fennel quickly filled my mouth and nose, the mutton was stewed very well, the potatoes were soft but not loose, and the carrots melted in my mouth. My companion and I couldn't help but laugh out loud, it was so enjoyable.

🇺🇿Ichon Qala @Khiva, Uzbekistan Khiva was the capital of the ancient Khiva Khanate. It has the most complete city walls and residential areas, and is a specimen for studying ancient cities in Central Asia. 🎫150,000sum(92r) includes tickets for most attractions If you don't enter the museum, there is a certain probability that you don't need to buy a ticket or check the ticket when entering the ancient city. 🚊1.5 kilometers away from Khiva Railway Station, within walking distance. The sleeper departs from Samarkand for 10h+, and from Bukhara for 3h+. 🧳 Luggage storage at the railway station costs 10,000sum per piece. ✈️33km from Urgench Airport, about 100,000sum by taxi. 🍴Food: LP recommends the restaurant "KHOREZM ART RESTAURANT" which is good value for money. Plov (hand-held rice) and Shivit oshi (a kind of green specialty pasta) are the signature dishes. The price per person is 50r. #My travel has stories

I was finally able to leave Turkmenistan by crossing the border by car. After leaving Turkmenistan, I entered Uzbekistan again and arrived in the famous tourist city of Khiva. I felt particularly cordial when I met Uzbekistan’s gold medal tour guides. The mobile network also returned to normal, and my mood was very different. The ancient city of Khiva is a famous tourist attraction in Uzbekistan with a history of more than 2,500 years. The ancient city of Khiva is divided into the inner city and the outer city. The inner city is where the Khan, royal relatives and nobles live. The inner city has four gates. The gates are opened after the morning service and closed after the last service in the evening. This rule continues to this day. Ordinary people live in the outer city. There are still 273 households with about 3,000 people living in the inner city, all of whom are descendants of royal relatives and nobles. "I would give a bag of gold just to have a glimpse of Khiva." An old Central Asian proverb captures the charming beauty and glorious history of the ancient city of Khiva. The ancient city of Khiva is located in the southern part of Khwarezm Province in western Uzbekistan and was once an important post station on the Silk Road. The Ichin Kala inner city of the ancient city of Khiva was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1990. The palaces, madrasas and mosques scattered throughout the city have important historical, cultural and artistic value. Although it has experienced many wars, the buildings in the city are still intact. Next to the Yingjun Gate of the ancient city, there used to be the largest slave trading market. The slaves traded here were all white slaves brought back from the defeated countries. Now the places where slaves were held in the city gates have become small shops. This time in Ukraine, we were fortunate to meet a local gold medal tour guide, who had given lectures to China's vice premier, ministers and other senior officials. He was very knowledgeable and could tell us the local history, classic stories and legends. In the ancient city, most tour guides will give a general introduction at the entrance of the tourist attraction and then arrange a time to meet. Our tour guide brought us into the ancient city at nine in the morning and kept explaining until seven in the afternoon except for lunch. He finally finished talking about the important attractions in the ancient city. It was very interesting. Everyone followed his explanation and visited the place. This trip to Uzbekistan was so worth it. ,
