訫誶叻This is probably the best restaurant on our trip to Hanoi. On the way here, we saw a singer performing. My friend and I watched for a while and realized that we were separated from the main group. Then we searched for a long time before we found the restaurant and went upstairs. The restaurant is on the top floor of Elegance Hotel. I have to say that the environment is really great, overlooking the surrounding night view. When ordering, the waiter will ask you patiently. We ordered two sets of meals. The chicken shreds in the chicken soup noodles were a bit dry, but they were torn very finely and matched with the soup, so the dry taste could basically be ignored. I didn’t like the beef rice noodles very much, but the rice noodle vegetable soup tasted great, and it seemed that black stones were put in it to maintain the temperature. I recommend that you must try the fried spring rolls when you go there. They are crispy and delicious. How can you experience the taste when paired with the restaurant’s secret sauce, haha
