This is a Vietnamese restaurant. The cost is not very high, suitable for independent travelers. The cost is between 80,000-200,000 VND. Many locals also dine here, so foodies are in luck.

You can't get in even if you buy a coffee. You have to buy a ticket to get in. I really didn't like that.

山在穷游
After my family finished the mud bath, we felt a little tired and didn't want to walk any more. We saw this restaurant with a nice environment. The most important thing is that there is a Chinese menu, and one of the waiters can speak simple Chinese. But the menu is a little funny, and their translation method is somewhat different from ours. But the food is still delicious, with typical Southeast Asian flavors, and rice and noodles can be added for free, which is very cost-effective.

携程国旅越南旅游官方自营
In Hanoi, a city where ancient and modern interweave, I accidentally stepped into the door of Sadhu vegetarian restaurant, as if I had traveled to a vegetarian paradise far away from the hustle and bustle. The sun shines through the half-open curtains and sprinkles on the wooden floor. The air is filled with the faint scent of spices and plants. Everything seems so harmonious and peaceful. At that moment, I knew that this would be an unusual food journey. 🌿【Environment: Elegance in Silence】🌿 Walking into Sadhu, the first thing that catches your eye is its unique decoration style. The interior of the restaurant is dominated by log color, with light green plants and soft lighting, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. There are several simple ink paintings hanging on the wall, adding a bit of cultural atmosphere to the whole space. Each table maintains an appropriate distance, so that people can have enough private space while enjoying the food. There is also a small lounge area in the corner of the restaurant, with several books on vegetarian culture and healthy eating, as well as several pots of vibrant green plants. Customers can take a short break here, or read a book, to feel the relaxation and pleasure of body and mind. 🍽️【Dishes: Infinite Possibilities of Vegetarianism】🍽️ Sadhu's menu is designed to be both exquisite and creative, and each dish is an ultimate exploration of vegetarian delicacies. From appetizers to main courses to desserts, every link is full of surprises. 🥗Appetizers: Fresh Start First, several exquisite appetizers were served, and the one that impressed me the most was the "Mango Salad with Coconut Milk Sauce". Fresh mango cubes are intertwined with crispy vegetable shreds, topped with a special coconut milk sauce, which is moderately sweet and sour, refreshing and appetizing, and kicked off the subsequent food journey. 🍲Main course: A feast for taste buds The main course part is even more dazzling. I tried their signature dish-"Vegetarian Curry Chicken" (although it is called "chicken", it is actually carefully made with soy products). This dish is golden and attractive, with rich curry but not greasy, paired with soft and glutinous potatoes and sweet carrots, every bite is full of happiness. Another dish that I can't forget is "vegetarian roast duck". The chef wrapped various vegetable shreds and spices with tofu skin. After clever cooking techniques, the skin is crispy and the inside is tender and juicy. The taste is somewhat similar to the real roast duck, which makes people admire the chef's ingenuity. 🍰 Dessert: A sweet ending Desserts after the meal are also not to be missed. I chose "coconut milk pudding" as the perfect ending to this food journey. The pudding has a delicate and smooth texture, and the sweetness of coconut milk slowly melts in the mouth, bringing a hint of coolness and satisfaction. 👩🍳【Service: Meticulous Care】👩🍳 During the meal at Sadhu, I deeply felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the waiters. They always smile, patiently answer our questions, and recommend dishes according to our taste preferences. When serving, they will carefully introduce the characteristics and cooking methods of each dish, so that we can understand the stories and culture behind it while tasting the food. What is even more touching is that the restaurant also provides consulting services for vegetarian nutrition matching. If you have any questions or need advice about vegetarian diet, the waiters will listen patiently and give professional advice, so that you can take into account the health and nutrition of your body while enjoying the food. 💭【Insights: The Power of Vegetarianism】💭 During the time I ate at Sadhu, I not only tasted a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes, but also deeply felt the power and beauty of vegetarianism. Vegetarianism is not only a choice of diet, but also a respect and love for life and nature. It allows us to enjoy food while reducing harm to animals and damage to the environment. On Sadhu's table, I saw the infinite possibilities and creativity of vegetarianism. Each dish is a work of art made by the chefs. They not only satisfy our taste buds, but also let us feel the charm and value of vegetarian culture. 🌈【Conclusion: Looking forward to the next meeting】🌈 When I left Sadhu, my heart was full of reluctance and expectation. This restaurant not only brought me a feast of taste buds and a baptism of the soul, but also gave me a deeper understanding and knowledge of vegetarianism. I believe that in the future, I will step into the door of this vegetarian paradise again and continue to explore more delicious vegetarian delicacies and the stories and culture behind them. If you are also a friend who loves food and pursues a healthy life, you might as well try Sadhu vegetarian restaurant! I believe you will be deeply attracted by the food, environment and atmosphere here like me!

Living near Hanoi Old Street Walking around the Old Quarter, I came across a local Vietnamese restaurant I don’t like fried spring rolls very much I found that freshly rolled spring rolls are delicious! 🔖Downtown Cafe & Restaurant 📍Sanshiliuhang Street • 👍stuff taught me how to roll spring rolls first, and there are some tricks, so that the ingredients don’t fall out easily, and then I roll them up and eat them by myself. 🌶Rolling ingredients Thin rice noodles|onion|red pepper|chicken|peanut|meat flavor|coriander|carrot 🌟Steps Open the rice paper, spread the thin rice noodles evenly, put in your favorite food according to your preference, roll them up, and eat with the sauce in the small white bowl. #Let’s go to the store together #Food Taste Notes #Local Food #Try the Authentic Old Brand #Niche Discovery Club
