Le Rabelais Restaurant

Le Rabelais is the restaurant in the Dalat Palace Hotel. Since the Dalat Palace Hotel retains various architectural traditions of the French colonial period, dining here is like enjoying royal service. All the ingredients are very fresh. It is a good choice to enjoy a European-style meal in Vietnam.

A very cost-effective French meal. I had a French meal in Ho Chi Minh before, but it was not as formal as this one. It may be because of the whole restaurant environment. I feel that I can't be so presumptuous when eating here. Each set of dishes is very beautifully presented. The waiters are very patient, thumbs up!

This is arguably the best colonial-style restaurant in Vietnam, with a large terrace overlooking the lakeshore. Dinner is US￥65-85, but lunch is a great value at only US$29, and snacks are US$16.

The colonial-style restaurant makes people feel like they can be filmed at any time. The restaurant menu has several set menus to choose from, and the variety is relatively large. If you don't want to have dinner, you can just have afternoon tea here. The desserts are good. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high.

The chefs here are very experienced and the food is of good quality.
