If you don&#39;t eat peanut brittle, you haven&#39;t been to Ha Tinh! Peanut brittle has become the pride of Ha Tinh people. Peanut brittle is made of molasses, sugar, malt, peanuts, and ginger. It is poured into two pieces of rice paper and then sandwiched as filling. The peanuts used must be large and hard, good quality, and not easy to rot to make the best snack. This snack tastes crispy and sweet, super delicious, with a cup of hot tea, it can better bring out the deliciousness of peanut brittle!

We sat in the open air seats and enjoyed the cool breeze at night while eating, which was very comfortable.
