Chanh Bistro Rooftop Saigon

We were staying in a hotel nearby and stumbled into this restaurant. The restaurant is located on the rooftop with a great view overlooking a busy road junction. The food tasted good, standard French cuisine, and the presentation was very delicate. The price was a little high but acceptable.

Most of the customers in this restaurant are locals from Saigon, and the decoration is also very rich in Vietnamese urban style. I recommend the seafood noodles, which tastes quite good. I like cheese very much, so I ordered an extra piece of cheese to top it off.

The pan-fried salmon pasta is super delicious~ The store also provides a small cup of homemade honey lemonade for free before the meal. The oysters are fresh and sweet and melt in your mouth. The dining environment is good, and you can admire the tallest financial tower in Ho Chi Minh City while dining.

It is a pretty good restaurant in Saigon, with good taste and high cost performance.

After calling to make an appointment, we went there and the elevator showed Close. Then we called again and they said they had moved. They gave us a new address. We finally found it, but the food disappointed us. We couldn't even bite the lamb chops.
