And you have to make a reservation in advance. I will drink a cocktail at the bar before dining, which is very comfortable. The price is high.

食物真心一般、真的不喜欢意大利沙拉、但是环境一流，在一个写字楼的高层、有一圈露天的位子，可以俯瞰胡志明的中心地段，夜景挺漂亮。而且要提前定位。用餐前会先在吧台喝一杯鸡尾酒，很舒服。价格偏高。

到这家餐厅是因为有个商务会谈，不知道该点什么，就尝试下他家的热巧克力饮品吧。味道很不错。后面我又来了几次，尝试了其他几种巧克力饮料。

As soon as he heard that there was the most expensive and high-end American steak in Vietnam, your foodie brother Vincious immediately put on his blindfold and came to this restaurant, bar and butcher shop by smelling the smell. In addition to eating and drinking here, you can also buy meat and cook it yourself at home.
The interior is basically a bar, a butcher shop and an open oven area, and there are several tables outside for formal dining. The strong bar atmosphere and music make people want to relax and have fun as soon as they come in.

After sitting down and ordering, the bread was served immediately. The outer layer of the bread was baked very crispy. Cut a piece of bread and spread the slightly spicy pickled pepper on it. Instantly, I felt that I made an Italian bruschetta, hahaha, with a whole head of roasted garlic, the fragrance was overflowing.

A glass of Pina Colada cocktail is 200,000 Vietnamese dong (about 60 yuan), and a glass of Mojito is 180,000 Vietnamese dong (about 58 yuan). There is nothing to be picky about. Drink slowly and slowly turn on the tipsy mode.

The lobster and crab soup is full of seafood flavor, soft and delicious lobster meat and flesh. You really have to use bread to soak up the last drop before you are willing to stop.

The blue cheese sauce I ordered is a cheese that has blue mold on it after fermentation. It is a magical food similar to durian or stinky tofu. Blue cheese with steak is also one of my favorites.
The medium-rare Australian Black Angus rib-eye steak is 250, 990,000 VND (about 300 RMB). The beef fiber is slightly thicker than the USDA Prime fillet steak, and the taste is also great. It is paired with pepper sauce to form a classic steak flavor. But if you have money, your brother thinks that the USDA Prime fillet steak is better.

Since we sat outside and the store was close to the main road, the environment was still a bit noisy. It only cost 1,000 for 2 people to eat such a high-grade steak, which was a very... good experience.

There are many locals. The fried soft shell crab tastes great. The price is not cheap, but the crab meat is very generous. Fried crab roe and crab meat soup are worth recommending. The five of us are big eaters. So the average price per person is higher. But everyone is basically full.

We finally found the Vietnamese pancakes here!!! This restaurant is near the Nicolas Vietel Hotel and is on the second floor. As you go upstairs, you can see some traditional oriental elements and decorations. We arrived around 2pm and it wasn&#39;t crowded, so we took a seat to enjoy the view. The staff here are helpful and friendly. We ordered green papaya salad, fish balls and traditional Vietnamese pancakes. All were delicious! The pancakes were the highlight of the meal! So good!!!!!! Will come again! Thanks for the pancakes!
