La Rosetta Review

Very good experience, bring the elderly to eat, mother-in-law can accept. Since I also met a fellow (there is a Chinese waiter who is very kind and can help recommend dishes) We ordered a 4-course set meal directly to save trouble, and added a oyster and sea urchin... Every dish will be introduced to you, for foodies I like it very much... The second dish is fried seafood. Forgot to take pictures, it was so delicious. I ate it. I forgot to have a small snack before the meal and a dessert after the meal. It was also very good. I didn’t expect it to be amazing.

This restaurant is known as the first seafood restaurant in Rome, named LA ROSETTA, and the oysters are put on the oysters with the mud onion and lemon ice sand. The taste is very good. The food is very fresh. It can be felt from the meat.

La Rosetta has been my “go to” in Rome for decades, and it has only gotten better and better. Tonight was no exception! The seafood was fresh and incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. Massimo still steers this “ship” and we are lucky that is so. He greets you at the door and comes over to say goodbye. Feels like home. A non-touristy excellent restaurant in the tourist zone. The wine list and cellar world class!

This is probably my favourite restaurant in Rome. It is "expensive", but I would say it is quite fairly priced for the quality of the food and service you receive, both of which are top notch,The fish is absolutely fantastic, and the service is without fault.

The food was quite pricey for what it was. It was overly salty. The quality of the seafood wasn't bad, but it wasn't as fresh as I thought. We should have said no to the dead langostines that were sitting on ice,
