7.RESTRICTIONS:
(a).Trip.com members can enjoy app-exclusive prices on selected flights when they sign into the Trip.com app.
Each user can enjoy app-exclusive discounts on a maximum of 3 bookings per calendar year on the Trip.com app.
(b). This promotion does not apply to flights within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
(c).The app-exclusive prices are only available on the Australian version of the Trip.com app.
(d). For Australian domestic flights and international routes originating or terminating in Australia, customers who spend over $300 AUD will receive a $20 AUD discount, while those who spend under $300 AUD will receive a $10 AUD discount.

(f). Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
