(a). Promotion period: 7 May, 2025, 14:00:00, AEST and ends on 27 May 2025, 23:59:59, AEST. The benefits of this promotion is one-time use per account. Travel Period: 7 May 2025 to 7 Nov, 2025.
(b). This promo code can only be applied when paying in AUD.
(c). The promo code only applies to flights departing from Australia on China Airlines. It cannot be applied to code-share flights.
(d). The promo code is only available on the Australian version of the Trip.com App.
(e). Enter the promo code to receive a discount of $150 OFF, min spend $800 including tax, excluding the booking fee. The available discounted price under the Flight Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.
(f). Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to availability and change. Please see Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions.
(g). Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to sales situations. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. Seat availability is subject to airlines.

(i). Trip.com reserves the right to suspend any accounts in response to any action that we believe is disrespectful, fraudulent, or in violation of the Trip.com.

b. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
c. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
d. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

This Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the contest(s) (“Contest”) organised by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Trip.com”). By participating in the Contest(s), you (“User”) agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept, these Terms and Conditions.
A. Contest and Prize eligibility
To qualify for the Contest, please refer to the specific criteria stated in the contest post on the official social media channels respectively. Participants must fulfil all criteria to be qualified.
Unless otherwise stated, the contest is open to all Australia residents and individuals carrying long-term passes who are over the age of 18.
Social Media platforms include:
(a) Instagram;
(b) Facebook;
Trip.com has absolute discretion in determining the eligibility of any person taking part in the Contest.
Multiple entries are allowed. However, each unique individual will only be entitled to win the Prize once in the Contest. The $500 OFF promo codes is only applicable for Australia departing flights operated by China Airlines.
Prizes and Winner notification
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
Prizes in the form of flight bookings: All awarded flight vouchers will be directly sent to the winner’s Trip.com account. The winner must provide his/her full name as per NRIC/Passport to Trip.com for verification purposes. If the verification information is inaccurate, Trip.com Australia reserves the right to refuse to redeem the voucher. All vouchers are for personal use only and are not transferable. If any violations are found, Trip.com has the right to pursue the corresponding legal responsibility.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message via the relevant Social Media platform or directly via the comment box. Once notified by Trip.com, you are to indicate your acceptance of the prize and provide the requested information within the time period as stated in the notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Trip.com may proceed to select another eligible participant as the winner of the Contest.
Prize Redemption: The winner is to provide his/her full name as per NRIC/Passport and email address for the verification of identity and for the prize redemption.
In the event of a dispute, the winner's entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of Trip.com. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
General Terms
11. Unless otherwise stated, Trip.com shall have the sole discretion in determining the winner(s) and the prize(s) of the Contest in accordance with the contest mechanics and other details as stated in the relevant Trip.com social media post.
Trip.com reserves the right to (i) disqualify the User; and/or (ii) refuse or forfeit the prize if the User is suspected of fraudulent behavior, cheating or violating these Terms and Conditions in any form.
Users may not participate in the Contest in any way that could negatively impact the goodwill or reputation of Trip.com, or affect the participation of other participants in the Contest. Malicious, harmful, and otherwise fraudulent or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Advertising is strictly prohibited and should not be posted. Trip.com forgoes any liability for damages claimed by third parties based on the content of a User's posts and/or social media profile. All liability for damages claimed by third parties shall be borne solely by the User, and the user shall compensate the organizers and Trip.com for any losses incurred. Within the limits permitted by law and regulations, Trip.com has the right to delete malicious, harmful, or fraudulent content.
When you participate in the Contest, Trip.com may collect personal data from you, which may include personal information such as name, username and photographs that are uploaded, used or provided by you.
Any personal data that submitted to or collected by Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Contest may be used by us, or shared with or transferred to third parties (including related companies, third party service providers or partners), for the following purposes:
(a) to organize, promote and/or conduct the Contest; (b) publicity; (c) marketing purposes; and/or (d) those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-my.html (“Privacy Policy”).
Trip.com reserves the exclusive discretionary right to determine whether the content posted by users complies with the standards of this activity, including but not limited to determining whether it meets the criteria for valid content.
Trip.com reserves all rights to remove content that violates these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) images that infringe the rights of others, text or images containing pornography or violence, and any form of commercial or promotional materials.
Trip.com reserves all rights to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and further reserves all rights to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or terminate this Contest at any time.
You agree to indemnify Trip.com and or any of its sponsors or partners collaborating in the Contest (if any) from any claims brought by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your actions or omissions relating to this Contest.
The laws of Australia shall apply and govern these Terms and Conditions and the participants in the Contest irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Anyone who is not a participant in this Contest shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
