6.12.2.Conditional Cancellation

Bookings can be renewed within 60 days after the booking is confirmed.Only renewals of the entire booking are supported (max. 10 renewals permitted).After the renewal, the validity period and data of the renewed plan will be added to the original booking.If any of the related bookings is canceled, none of them can be renewed again.

6.12.5.Change and Cancellation Policies:If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 10 day(s) before the Expiration date, no fee will be charged for cancellation. If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 on the day 10 day(s) before the Expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged. Cannot be canceled after activation.If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid. *Partial refund not available *If you need to change the date, please cancel the booking and then rebook.
