[Trip Coins Rebate]

1. Promotion location: Austrailia (users must use the English version of the Trip.com app or website)
2. "Promotion period": 00:00, January 2, 2025 to 23:59, January 22, 2025 (GMT+11)
3. "Eligible user": The promotion is available to registered Trip.com users.
4. "Eligible booking": Sign in to the Trip.com app, Eligible users must select "Participate Now" on the promotion page on the Trip.com app and book hotels in Malaysia (on the Trip.com app or website) during the Promotion period to get Trip Coins Rebate.

5. Restrictions: Bookings made without first selecting "Participate Now" will not be eligible for rewards. Please note that this Trip Coins promotion is not applicable to "Flight + Hotel" packages or pay at hotel bookings.
6. Trip Coins rewards: Malaysia hotel 15% Trip Coins rebate is a bonus on top of the basic Trip Coins reward, which is exclusively for Malaysia hotel bookings. Eligible users will receive an extra 15% Trip Coins rebate ("Bonus Trip Coins") on every Tuesday only during the promotion period, equivalent to 15% of the booking value (based on the amount after payment). Bonus Trip Coins = booking value (after payment) x 15%. 
7. Trip Coins USD and AUD exchange rate:100 Trip Coins = US$1 = around AU$1.53. For example, if your hotel booking is worth AU$100, you will get AU$100 x 15% = AU$15 worth of Trip Coins ≈ 980 Trip Coins; the final amount of Bonus Trip Coins awarded is based on the real-time exchange rate and each user can earn up to 2,483 Trip Coins on each Tuesday during the Promotion period (three Tuesdays in total).
8. Trip Coins reward rules: For Hello Malaysia, if you claim 15% Trip Coins rebate tasks on different sites at the same time, the reward for eligible bookings will be based on the rules of the first site where you claimed the task. For more information on Trip Coins rewards, please visit [https://au.trip.com/customer/loyalty?locale=en_au]. There is no limit to the number of Eligible bookings that can receive Bonus Trip Coins. Each Eligible user can earn up to 7,451 Bonus Trip Coins during the Promotion period. If you cancel your booking or request a refund, the corresponding Bonus Trip Coins will be canceled or voided accordingly.
9. Trip Coins issue time: Bonus Trip Coins earned during the Hello Malaysia campaign will be issued at the same time as the basic Trip Coins of the booking. Trip Coins earned from hotel bookings will be credited to your account within 2–6 weeks after hotel check-out.
10. How can I check my Eligible bookings and the amount of Trip Coins earned? Step 1: Check the booking progress bar on the promotion page. The Bonus Trip Coins you will receive are shown inside the bar. Step 2: To see the Eligible bookings, please go to "Account" in the Trip.com app and tap the Trip Coins icon. Then tap "History" and all Eligible bookings will be marked with a note saying that you will receive Bonus Trip Coins. Please note that the Trip Coins shown next to the note are the standard Trip Coins that you will receive for the booking.
11. Trip Coins validity: Bonus Trip Coins earned during this promotion will be valid for 3 months from the date they are credited to your account.
12. Trip.com will use users' Trip.com account information (including but not limited to user ID, device number, mobile number, contacts and payment account) to determine whether a user has participated in this promotion before and whether the reward limit has been reached.
