Trip.com Australia Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter: The Promoter is Trip.com Australia. By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. 2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter 3.1. The giveaway promotion commences on 7 November, 2025 and concludes on 31 December, 2026. ("Promotional Period"). 3.2. Entrants can participate via the following platforms:

• (a) Instagram: "Follow @Trip.com's Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments."
• (b) Trip.com App: "Navigate to the giveaway section within the Trip.com app and follow the on-screen instructions to enter." 3.3. Trip.com has absolute and sole discretion in determining the eligibility of any person taking part in the giveaway. Any entry that is incomplete, illegitimate, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

4. Entry Limitations 4.1. Multiple entries are permitted across different platforms, unless otherwise stated for a specific entry method. However, each eligible individual is only entitled to win one (1) prize in this giveaway.

5. Prize Details 5.1. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 5.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice, subject to any regulatory approvals.

6. Prize Specifics - Hotel Voucher 6.1. The winner must provide their full legal name as per their government-issued identification (e.g., Passport or Driver's Licence) to Trip.com for verification. 6.2. If the provided verification information is inaccurate or does not match the winner's identification, Trip.com Australia reserves the right to refuse to issue or redeem the voucher. 6.3. All vouchers are for personal use only and are not transferable. Any violation of this term may result in the voucher being cancelled, and Trip.com reserves the right to pursue any resulting legal action.

7. Winner Selection and Notification 7.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. 7.2. The winner will be notified via a direct message on the platform through which they entered (e.g., Instagram Direct Message) or via a comment on their entry, and/or via the email address associated with their Trip.com app account. 7.4. Once notified, the winner must indicate their acceptance of the prize and provide all requested information for verification and redemption within 24 hours of the notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Trip.com may proceed to select another eligible winner.

8. Prize Redemption 8.1. To redeem the prize, the winner is required to provide their full name (as per NRIC/Passport) and a valid email address for identity verification and prize fulfilment.

9. Dispute and Final Decision 9.1. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of this giveaway, the decision of Trip.com Australia is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Privacy 10.1. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and for prize fulfilment. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for these purposes, in accordance with Trip.com's Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Laws.

11. Limitation of Liability 11.1. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this giveaway or the use of the prize.

12. GENERAL:
    12.1. The Promotion is available for selected travel dates only.
    12.2. The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check the baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.
    12.3. Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time. Please confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
    12.4. Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking. If the flight tickets purchased under this Promotion are refunded, the final refund fee is subjected to final calculation and deduction of the Promotion discounted amount.
    12.5. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
    

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law:
    13.1. Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
    13.2. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    

14. PROHIBITIONS: Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.
    

15. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
