"Buy 1 Get 1 Free* - Domestic Australia Flights Flash Sale" Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") apply to the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free*" event being run on the Trip App (as defined below).
1. Promoter: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 1 Harbourfront Ave, #03-12/13, Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore (098632).
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 20 September 2023 at 16:00:00 (Sydney time) and ends on 21 September 2023 at 23:59:59 (Sydney time).
3. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Australian version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
5. Travel Period: Flights departing from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024 (Sydney time), excluding those departing from 15 December 2023 to 20 January 2024 (Sydney time).
6. Eligible Flight Tickets: The Promotion is applicable to round-trip economy class flight tickets operated, marketed and validated by Rex Airlines with the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free - Flash Sale" promotion tag. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period.
7. Promotion:
7.1. If you are an Eligible Member and you have booked two Eligible Flight Tickets departing from Sydney to Melbourne and returning from Melbourne to Sydney OR Sydney to Brisbane and returning from Brisbane to Sydney OR Melbourne to Brisbane and returning from Brisbane to Melbourne OR Melbourne to Sydney and returning from Melbourne to Sydney OR Brisbane to Sydney and returning from Sydney to Brisbane OR Brisbane to Melbourne and returning from Melbourne to Brisbane to on 20 September 2023, you are entitled to a 50% discount; Similarly, if you have booked two Eligible Flight Tickets departing from Sydney to Melbourne and returning from Melbourne to Sydney OR Sydney to Brisbane and returning from Brisbane to Sydney OR Melbourne to Brisbane and returning from Brisbane to Melbourne OR Melbourne to Sydney and returning from Melbourne to Sydney OR Brisbane to Sydney and returning from Sydney to Brisbane OR Brisbane to Melbourne and returning from Melbourne to Brisbane on 21 September 2023, you are entitled to a 50% discount. It is important to note that to be eligible for the Promotion, the two Eligible Flight Tickets shall be purchased at the same time and shall have same departure and arrival time and only return flights within 2 to 7 days. The 50% discount ONLY applies to the base fare and taxes.
7.2 Flight bookings made via the Trip App will also enjoy app exclusive prices. Total flight bookings with a value of over $300 AUD will receive a $20 AUD discount, and flights with a total value under $300 AUD will receive a $10 AUD discount.
8. Limited Redemption: The number of Eligible Flight Tickets is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. The maximum number of Eligible Flight Tickets each Eligible Member can redeem is once per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
10. Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies.
11. If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
12. The two Eligible Flight Tickets participating in the Promotion need to be canceled or changed at the same time. In that case, the Eligible Member shall pay the price difference and other miscellaneous charges (if applicable). The airline change and cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price of the Eligible Flight Tickets. For details, please read the REX Airline's terms and conditions.
13. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
14. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&C as well as to vary or terminate any of the Promotion at any time. The Promoter reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
16. Conflict of terms and conditions: In the event that any of the terms under this T&C conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
17. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Promoter be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
18. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
19. Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
