Discover China Promotion Terms

1. Promotion: These terms apply to Trip.com’s Discover China Promotion.
   
2. Promoter: This promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com"). By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, the coupon T&Cs, our general T&Cs and the decisions of Trip.com.
   
3. Promotion Period: 08:00:00, 15 July 2025 to 11:59:59, 9 September 2025 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
   
4. Promotion Platforms: This Promotion is available on the Australian version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
   
5. Promo Codes: for specific and detailed usage requirements, please refer to the usage rules provided with each promo codes. To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age. The Promotion is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
   
6. Booking conditions (including refunds and cancellations) may vary, please refer to the information provided during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
   
7. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation and further reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
   
8. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
   
9. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   
10. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

12. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
