Things to do in Brisbane

pretty gardens to walk through and lots of cute cafes as you walk over the bridge

This is like the New York's Central Park, a park in the heart of the city. Located in the Brisbane Central Business, this park area covers 16 hectares, opened for 24 hours with some facilities like dining, playground, and wheelchair-friendly pathways and toilets. The flowers here are very pretty, so colorful and vibrant, and I met a few reptile friends along the way. I searched it up, they might be the Australian Water Dragon or Intellagama Lesueurii. They're native animals and very friendly because they're used to seeing humans.Parks like this don't exist where I came from, so it's really worth a visit!

The food court is very orderly. Although there are many people, it is not as chaotic as the food festivals we often see in China.

The Queensland Gallery of Modern Art is a very large art gallery with a very advanced design. It houses many works by modern and contemporary abstract painters. Some of the works are just a few strokes, but they are priceless and really worth a visit to appreciate.

It should belong to the local famous gymnasium. The facilities are very new and advanced.

The variety of vendors allowed for interesting browsing. Had some very unique Christmas gifts to bring back to Canada. Had a long stroll along Kangaroo Point and then breakfast on the South Bank where we read the newspaper... The decoration of the market was just wonderful.
