Sangdangsanseong was a mountain fortress built in Sanseong-dong during the Joseon Dynasty. It was built as a tongseong during the Three Kingdoms Period, and there is a theory that it was built as an earthen fortress during the Baekje Dynasty and then rebuilt by Kim Seo-hyeon, the third son of Silla general Kim Yu-sin, and another theory that it was built by Gung Ye. It is said that it occupied a very important position in the Korean Peninsula historically and played an important military role in defending the Hoseo region during the Joseon Dynasty. Sangdangsanseong had three gates in the east, west, and south and two secret gates.

This is a relaxing space located in the heart of the city. The walking path along the tranquil lake is incredibly peaceful, and the lush green lawn is perfect for a leisurely picnic. Especially at night, the night view reflected in the lake is pure romance. I highly recommend this as an outing spot to completely wash away the fatigue of daily life!

This is a local internet celebrity spot, located in the suburbs and can be reached by bus 841. You can see beautiful sunrise and sunset. It's very comfortable to come here for a walk alone.

Visiting Lotte World Adventure at night with friends completely changes the vibe, trading daytime family crowds for glowinglights and a neon-lit backdrop of the Seokchon Lake area. Due to how late we went, 20:00, it was harder to get on rides. There were few rides and activities open, and what was open had longer wait times (at least an hour). So, if you would like to enjoy the rides but still get the vibe of the night, I would suggest arriving at 17:00 and staying until close (22:00). All preference based, still had a fun experience and it wasn’t my first time or last time going. It is located within the mall, so even if you happen to have a change of heart, there’s plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Enjoy!!
