Well above expectations in both Aurora viewing itself but also in how attentive and knowledgeable the staff was. The trailer they have set is a game changer in the cold weather. Note we were at -40 degrees. The firepits also helped stay warm. We were able to borrow tripods from them and get help with camera settings. I would take another trip with them in a heartbeat.★

I joined a tour led by guide Zhan Jie on January 27th. During the bus ride, the guide shared some interesting trivia, making it fun and engaging. He genuinely recommended shops and products at each attraction, which were very helpful for travelers who hadn't done any research beforehand. He also clearly explained the precautions to take at each site, the best routes for capturing the majestic Mount Fuji, and the tour didn't delay anyone due to late arrivals. I loved this efficient, unhurried day tour that introduced new information along the way. Plus, we arrived early on both the outbound and return journeys, and the driver and guide Zhan Jie gave us a great sense of security. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 For travelers who want to relax and don't need to do any research, just book this tour – no problem, go out and get home safely! I booked the day before departure, making sure I could see a panoramic view of Mount Fuji on the Fuji visibility website before signing up.★

The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.★

Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed.
The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day.
Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too.
Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.
