If the photo service is completed before 6:00 PM on the same day, raw photos will be provided within 24 hours, quick edits within 24 hours, retouched photos within 7 days, and videos within 7 days.

All packages include 1 photographer.

1: You can cancel or change your booking for any reason if you notify us at least 5 days in advance. Note that free date changes are allowed only once - no unlimited changes are permitted.

2. If it rains on the scheduled shooting day and you need to change the time or cancel the booking, you must contact the photographer or customer support at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel for free. If you fail to notify us at least 2 hours in advance, no refund will be provided.

3. After booking payment, the photographer will contact you one day before your trip. We recommend scheduling early - the earlier you book, the sooner we can arrange the photographer's schedule, ensuring a smoother trip and photo session.

4. If it rains on the shooting day: Indoor scenes (such as stores, malls, etc.) can be shot, subject to the customer's decision.

5. We will contact you by phone to confirm the shooting time after booking. If the shooting time cannot be agreed upon, you can request a refund.

6. The photographer will show you the raw photos during the first 15 minutes of the shoot and at the end. If you are not satisfied, you can request a change of photographer or a full refund. Since photos are special electronic items, no refunds will be accepted for any reason after the raw photos have been sent.

2. Minimum number of photos: 50 photos for 1 hour, 80 photos for 2 hours, and 150 photos for 5 hours.

Note: For night views, sunrises, or groups exceeding the set limit of 4 people, the number of photos provided will be halved.

3. Free basic photo editing (lighting adjustment, color correction, saturation adjustment, and removal of unusable shots)

4. All original photos exceeding the minimum guaranteed number are provided free of charge.

5. After the photoshoot is complete, lightly edited photos will be sent to you via Baidu Netdisk within 24 hours. You can sign in on a computer to download the original photos within 7 days.

6. The package is limited to 5 people. For more than six people, please contact customer support to pay the additional person fee (100/person). If there are more than ten people, two groups will be required for the photoshoot.

Exclusions

Additional retouched photos beyond the complimentary ones: $10 per special retouched photo.

2. Makeup services: Not included. If you require makeup services, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a makeup artist for you at your own expense.

3. Clothing fee: No clothing provided, clothing fee not included.

4. The customer's own round-trip transportation costs to the shooting location.

5. Other expenses incurred during the shoot, including attraction admission ticket fees and travel expenses for distant locations if needed, will be reimbursed by the customer for the photographer. Please consult customer support before placing your order.

6. Transportation costs for you and the photographer due to temporary changes in shooting locations

7. For groups of more than five people, an additional fee of ¥100 per person will be charged. Groups of more than 10 people will require two separate shooting groups (with two or more photographers arranged).

Booking period: Latest booking must be made at least 2 hours in advance. For same-day use, the latest booking time is before 6:00 PM on the day. For 5-hour photo shoots, please book one day in advance to avoid schedule conflicts with photographers. After booking, please call to confirm the exact shooting time as soon as possible.

The photo shoot schedule includes: location, date, duration, number of participants, and start time. Guests who book at least 3 days in advance can decide these details themselves. For bookings made within 3 days, our customer support will contact you to arrange a time slot based on the photographer's availability.

The photography process includes: placing an order and payment > filling out the basic information form and selecting preferred dates > confirming the schedule > photographer contact before the shoot > completion of the shoot > receiving raw photos within 24 hours.

Refinement period: 3–7 days (rush service available)

Negatives/retouched photos are not eligible for return or exchange services. Once negatives/retouched photos are received, no return or exchange requests will be processed.

Retouching results are subjective, as everyone has different preferences. If you're unsatisfied with the retouching, we can redo it, but we don't support switching to other photos for retouching or refund requests.

Schedule details:

1. Photography services primarily involve booking the photographer's available time slots. Therefore, please confirm the photographer's availability with customer support after placing your order. Once a time slot is booked, it cannot be divided, and the scheduled time will be counted continuously without interruption.

2. The duration starts exactly at the booked photo shoot time. Once the timer begins, all circumstances are included in the duration, including but not limited to your late arrival, last-minute location changes, breaks, meals, outfit changes, makeup, or uncooperative children.

3. Even if you book 10 days in advance, there may still be no availability during peak seasons like Lunar New Year or National Day holidays. Please always contact customer support to confirm availability before placing your order and making payment.

Instructions for join-in tours with multiple people or families:

One photographer serves one group of guests (e.g., a couple or a family). It is not recommended to have multiple couples or mothers with babies join-in tour for photography sessions. Although join-in tours offer price discounts, they result in fewer photos, lower photo quality, uneven distribution, and a generally poorer shooting experience.

Photography guidelines

1. Apply a face mask and wash your hair the day before the shoot to look your best on camera!

2. Bring your ID and other documents when going out, and take sun protection and mosquito prevention measures!

3. Please prepare in advance for issues such as admission ticket purchases, entry reservations, boat ticket purchases, queuing, and transportation. For paid attractions, the photographer's admission ticket must be reimbursed (Disney does not require reimbursement).

4. How to view photos

Within 24 hours after the shoot, customer support will send you a link via Baidu Netdisk to view and download the photos.

6. Late arrival/early departure penalty: The photographer will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the shooting time will begin to be counted normally. If the session is voluntarily ended early for personal reasons before the full shooting time is completed, the fee will not be refunded.
