I picked it up at the counter in front of the MRT entrance on the second basement floor of Taoyuan International Airport. It's a counter you absolutely can't miss. All I had to do was show the QR code I received when I made the reservation. I didn't even have to exchange a single word.★

The round-trip card from Taoyuan International Airport to downtown Taipei and the card for unlimited use of the city's subway are separate. It's a great deal. I lost my city subway card on the way there, but the card for the return trip to the airport was separate, which was very helpful. The pick-up point at the airport is near the subway ticket gate on the B2 floor. I searched for it quite a while, thinking it must be somewhere inside the airport.★
