The Ubud Royal Palace still houses royalty, and the monkeys at the Sacred Monkey Forest are incredibly intelligent. This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

A trip to the crater of the Batur volcano by jeep is a must-do for those who want to see Bali from the other side. Instead of grueling trekking, it's a comfortable but bumpy journey to the top through lava fields. The view from dawn is absolutely cosmic: the first rays of the sun illuminate the caldera, Lake Batur and the neighboring mountains. You sit in the back with a cup of hot coffee or tea and understand why all this was started.
There was a slight catch. The day before the tour, the driver barely responded on WhatsApp, so I had to call the operator and personally call the driver back to confirm the departure time. This caused a slight jitters as to whether everything would take place. But, fortunately, everything went exactly according to plan: at the appointed hour (very early!) They came to pick us up, and the tour was conducted in full.
The view of dawn above the clouds from the height of the volcano erases all small experiences.🌋
