The tour was operated by Hairycow and was at the end of January. The organization was excellent. After I purchased the tour, trip.com contacted me to reschedule it because the tour with a stop at the distillery wasn't available that day. I was offered a tour on the day I selected but with a lake cruise, or other days from the list that included the distillery. I chose the boat ride and was not disappointed. The bus was comfortable, with restroom and snack stops along the way. The views were stunning; I personally didn't have enough stops for nature photography. But the views are so beautiful that I wanted to stop every 100 meters. Late January was a good time for the boat ride; the boat has two decks, open on top and large windows on the bottom, and is well heated. There's also a bar with alcohol (I recommend the lower deck and look for the windows with the Nessie sticker for photos). And even though the program didn't say there would be hairy cows, the company named after them certainly showed them to us. Thank you!★

Great walking tour around Edinburgh visiting places that have strong connection with the Harry Potter books and movies. Though none of the movies were filmed in Edinburgh, all books were written here, hence you can clearly see the inspiration all around you. Kieran is an amazing guide and person in general, it was very entertaining and overall just worth it! Also en route you visit very picturesque spots that make great photos★

Really good tour guided by Robert. He had a lot of knowledge and could tell a lot of stories. As a guide and storyteller, Robert is an obvious choice and people are lucky if they have him as a tour guide. He took good care of his group and made sure that we were all on the way
The only downside was that Robert had a tendency to make a lot of fun of himself. You could easily stand there wondering if he was actually okay.★

We set off early in the morning. The itinerary was quite packed; most of the sights were shown on the bus, with the driver providing commentary throughout. The tour ended with a boat trip back.★

We were blown away with the whole experience and the incredible knowledge of our guide Shea. She was amazing kept us entertained all day and went above and beyond. The chosen locations were excellent even better in the ‘flesh’. Off to rewatch all episodes just so we can say we were there! We definitely use the tour company again. What a wonderful day, thank you
