I thought I could take the elevator up to the terrace, but the last set of stairs was tough! The stairs going down were also tough! But the view of the cathedral from the terrace and the inside of the cathedral are both amazing! If you're planning a trip to Milan, be sure to climb the terrace as well! It's worth it!★

Our tour guide, Catya, is an Art historian, and really knows her stuff! She was very knowledgeable about da Vinci’s The Last Supper, and shared all kinds of fascinating information with us! She took us around Milan, and shared with us the history, showed us some archeological ruins, explained the current architecture of Milan, took us to several churches to share the artwork in them, and then to the Duomo. We ran out of time and had to catch a train-we could have stayed even longer! Trip.com Picks
