How to use
After placing your booking, arrive at the Sanya Cruise Center (Luhuitou Public Pier) ticket office by 18:40. Present your first and middle names from the booking to the front desk customer support to collect your tickets. After obtaining the tickets, proceed to the lobby to wait and contact the merchant to confirm your cruise departure time slot.

The departure time will be adjusted based on the actual number of travelers present at the scene.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
