Once the admission ticket is issued, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. It is only valid for the original user after entry and cannot be transferred to others during the visit.
For the safety of travelers, each child under 1.0m in height must be accompanied by at least one adult. This product is not sold directly to minors. Minors must experience the product under the supervision of a guardian.
All handbags, parcels, and other items carried by visitors must undergo security inspection upon entry, within the park, or at designated locations. Bags are strictly prohibited on the 7th floor. Provided beverages and fruits are only allowed for consumption on this floor and cannot be taken elsewhere. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the park. Thank you for your cooperation.
The following items are prohibited in the park: dangerous items as stipulated by law; perishable foods, foods requiring reheating, temperature-controlled storage, foods with strong odors, and alcoholic beverages; colored flags, drums, loudspeakers, remote-controlled toys, banners, etc.; any wheeled transportation devices or mobility aids (except strollers and wheelchairs); knives (including household knives such as small knives and fruit knives); fragile containers; and pets. If any visitors bring the aforementioned items and cause harm to others or themselves, either physically or mentally, the individual carrying the items will bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
