Our tour guide Bibi was friendly and very informative. We visited 5 locations (two lakes, three canyons) during the 16-hour tour. The highlights for me were Kolsai Lake and the Charyn Canyon. It was nice to have a small group (10 members) to travel with. The ride was comfortable and free water was provided. Lunch was a lovely experience in a small rural town - the host came and chatted to me and my friends briefly. Some of the group members did horse riding up to Lake Kolsai. Thank you Bibi for showing and telling me more about Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

the tour guide are so professional with qualification in hiking and he really know well about the mountain (he enjoyed it as well), that add on to his great exp delivery to us and we had so much fun meeting other ppl who's local, had the best time!!!

Karina, the guide, was superb. The tour was in both Russian and English. The restrooms along the route were very dirty and smelly. I would have liked more time at the first lake to go boating. The Black Canyon could have been skipped; it's nothing special.
