[eSIM Installation]
※ Voucher will be sent to your email and is also available in the app. Please install while connected to the internet.
• iPhone: One-tap installation from the order page (iOS 17.4 or later), or manually scan the QR code (Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM)
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM → Add eSIM (steps may vary by device brand)
 
[Using eSIM]
Before using the eSIM, follow these steps:
1. Turn off mobile data on other SIM cards.
2. Set eSIM as the default data SIM.
3. If internet or hotspot doesn't work, follow APN setup below.

※ Usually set automatically. If not, enter manually:
• iPhone: Settings → Cellular → [eSIM] → Cellular Data Network → APN: globaldata
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Cards → [eSIM] → Access Point Names → “+” → APN: globaldata → Save

Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note

• If an error message appears when scanning the QR Code, first check whether the eSIM has been successfully added under Settings → Mobile Services.

• If you install before reaching your destination, you may see prompts like “Activating” or “Unable to activate eSIM”. Do not delete; you can temporarily turn off the eSIM and turn it back on after arrival.

• eSIM can only be installed once. Please do not delete it casually. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact customer support.

• If your device previously had a VPN or profiles installed, it may affect eSIM functionality. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, scroll to the bottom to check for and delete any profiles.

• 5G availability depends on network coverage, regional device specifications, and phone settings. Where 5G is not available the eSIM will provide high quality 4G network connection subject to network availability.
