• If an error message appears when scanning the QR Code, first check whether the eSIM has been successfully added under Settings → Mobile Services.
• If you install before reaching your destination, you may see prompts like “Activating” or “Unable to activate eSIM”. Do not delete; you can temporarily turn off the eSIM and turn it back on after arrival.
• eSIM can only be installed once. Please do not delete it casually. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact customer support.
• If your device previously had a VPN or profiles installed, it may affect eSIM functionality. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, scroll to the bottom to check for and delete any profiles.
• 5G availability depends on network coverage, regional device specifications, and phone settings. Where 5G is not available the eSIM will provide high quality 4G network connection subject to network availability.
